Down to business

First off, I hope you all had a very nice, restful, super-awesome break. Now that it's over, we need to get to work on the newspaper. Of course, I hope you all put aside some time to work on your articles this past week. But if you didn't, and you still have articles that need to be completed, you better kick it into high gear. Thanks to those of you who have finished and turned in your stories; it is greatly appreciated. If you have questions about any of your articles, feel free to ask Shayna or Hannah. We need to get this paper on the press, and we can only do that if everyone gets down to business. I've already written two of my three assigned stories. How far along are you guys?

  1. Emily, well done. Sometimes I want to be the editor instead of the adviser. But, as I said at the beginning of the school year, this is a student newspaper. It should be your work.

What you just posted was excellent. It shows leadership, commitment and a call for teamwork.

I told Kevin Cloe that we would have the paper ready this Friday (Saturday, if necessary). I will stay after school until 6:00 every day. I hope some of the staff will join me. Pizza will be served at 5:00.

    Thanks for all you do.
