New day, new year

Greetings, staff. Welcome back.

It is a delight to have so many marvelous students in one class! I hope you had an incredibly splendid Christmas break.

There is much to learn, and there is much to do. Hannah, Lucy and Shayna are going to need your stories ASAP. Your guest teacher, Ms. DiSciascio, is quite familiar with journalism. She should be able to give you some wonderful insights.

Take advantage of the writer's club for their photos, poems and stories.

InDesign CS4 has some very helpful instructional videos. I put a link on our links column (left).

Work together as a team, and stay focused on the goal: a WHS newspaper that you can be proud of.
