Zero

I honestly have nothing to blog about. This part of the class just stumps me. I'm not a very open person. I mean if you ask me a question I'll answer it honestly, but this whole rant and rave on the Internet thing just isn't my style. I don't like to vent. The way I see it, the problems I have are there so I can figure out how to overcome them on my own. Some of my "issues" involve family and what happens in my family is no one's business but ours. So, what does that leave me to talk about? Music? My friends? San Francisco? (Four months before I'm out of here!) I have nothing interesting to fill this screen with. I have no inspiring words of wisdom to bring to my fellow classmates. I'm sort of a blank canvas at this moment in time.

  1. Well, Janaye, I'll bet you know a lot more about San Francisco than most of us. Are you moving there? With whom? Are you going to school there? I have a brother-in-law who lives there. Have you ever heard Eric Burdon's song "San Franciscan Nights?" Did you ever see the movie "Bullitt," with Steve McQueen? Did you watch the TV series "Streets of San Francisco?"

    I really don't think you're a blank tablet.

  2. Oh no, Mr. Burd, I completely agree with Janaye. All I ever talk about on this blog is the weather or events/schedule changes at the school. I don't feel comfortable most of the time talking about myself. The whole world can see this and they don't need to know any more about me than they already do.

  3. I agree with Lucy. The world doesn't need to know what I'm thinking or feeling. The only people who need to know are the ones who ask me personally, face to face. And even then I might not speak.

And I'm kind of empty myself with the whole blogging thing. I really don't have anything to say.
